Episode 59: It’s 2021 and although the year hasn’t exactly started as we would all have liked, James and Ross are keen to look to the future when hopefully things are a bit more “back to normal” Both James and Ross have been dealing with new enquires for 2021/22 and they discuss how to fit new bookings in with the rearranged bookings from 2020/21.

Should you lower your prices to accolade a smaller/shorter wedding day and how do you try to upsell future products to clients during a recession.

James has also finalised his plans for the Business of Photography course that he is running. Check out the website here: https://www.jkbop.com

Stand by for an avalanche of information covering everything from booking your first portrait shoo to managing booking 20+ weddings a year! He is delighted to share all this information with you all and is proud of what has been put together so far!
